Oh how I am going to miss these two now that the wedding is over! I have now photographed Ashley 4 times including the wedding day and have had the best time getting to know her. Seriously, we are BFF’s now! I knew Ashley and I would be a great fit for each other from the beginning but I’m thrilled to be coming out of this experience with a new friend. We shot Ashley and Aaron’s engagement session this Fall and it was seriously  one of my favorite sessions that I have ever done at the studio. Everything was perfect from the lighting, to the outfits, to the amazing chemistry between these two love birds. We also did a bridal session for Ashley downtown and at the Mayo and she killed it, as always! Not many girls can pick up a 12 hour shift at work (she’s a nurse) then go straight to a session and be as elegant as if she planned for it all day. She and her mom, Debbie, did a fabulous job planning this classy wedding at the Mayo and I feel so lucky to have been a part of it! Every detail was perfect! Congrats, you two, and much love!

Checking out that dress one more time before putting it on! And how about the bouquet by Bridal Garden?! Lindi is a magician!
As we were preparing for Ashley to open her letter from Aaron, she prefaced it by saying, “I’m not going to cry or anything.” Well, that’s what she thought! 😉
ÂThose socks! Aaron is a big fisherman!
Getting in that gorgeous dress!
First look at the staircase in the Grand Hall!
We did the majority of the portraits before the ceremony. I love this one in the lobby at the Mayo! So classy!
This one is also in the lobby!
That light!
And one sweet bridal of Ashley!
We snuck up to the Crystal Ballroom for a few photos of the reception set up just before the ceremony. See what I mean about the flawless planning?!
This is one of my favorite photos ever! Heath (my second shooter and hubby) captured this moment between Ashley and her dad. Ashley has two wedding bands and he put one on her just before walking down the aisle. I tear up just looking this photo. THIS is what it’s all about, folks.
The ceremony!

You can’t have a wedding at the Mayo without going to the rooftop for a photo!
Ashley and Aaron did a balloon exit. So fun!
