I love traveling to new locations for shoots! This weekend, we headed to a suburb of Dallas to take my cousin’s daughter’s senior pictures. Carley is a very talented thespian and has been in many plays/musicals. She takes after her talented mother who is a high school music teacher and has been involved in the arts her entire life. I’ve noticed that seniors who are involved in some sort of performance (i.e. music, drama) tend to have an innate talent as a model as well. Carley needed very little direction from me! We went to my cousin’s high school to do some stage shots, took some urban shots in downtown Denton, TX, and ended up at “Old Alton Bridge”. I truly had a blast with Carley! Here are a few quotes from her during the shoot: “You’re my new favorite person in world” (hehe, thanks girl), “Wow, you’re flexible” (I know, sometimes I have to fold myself into weird positions to get the perfect shot), and “Senior pictures are fun” (Yay!).
We got a few shots of Carley along with her mom, Stephanie, and little brother, Kyle, as well!
