One of my very favorite things to photograph is surprise proposals, especially when it is someone that means a lot to me! Gabbie has both interned and babysat for me and my whole family just loves her. She comes to me almost every year for some sort of photo shoot. We originally had a shoot with her and her boyfriend scheduled for July but after having a baby in June, I decided that I need a little more time so we rescheduled for October. About a week before the shoot, Brandon’s mom called me and tipped me off that he had just bought a ring. Eeek! I love surprises. Brandon and I texted the night before and came up with a game plan on how it would go down. Poor Gabbie did not see it coming! We started off the shoot like a normal then halfway through, he popped the question! Here are some of my favorites! Congrats, you two!
