Get ready for a super long blog post! I am so lucky to have had so much time with Jessica and Jim on the wedding day for portraits! We hit several places around the Mayo as well as the killer view at the rooftop. The Mayo recently opened up a view of downtown that is incredible! These two were such a joy to work with throughout the whole process and treated us like we were a part of the family. The day was absolutely perfect! Jessica and Jim made the invitations themselves!
I love this sweet moment captured by my second shooter. The couple did not do a first look so the first time they saw each other was when Jessica walked down the aisle. This is a shot of Jessica and her future sister-in-law with Jim in the background just before he took his place for the ceremony. Love it!
The city was working on the road out front of the hotel but no worries – we just got a few in the gorgeous lobby!
And then we squeezed in a few out front!
This is one of my favorite rooms at the Mayo!
Cocktail hour at the Penthouse!
Check out the ballroom!
The grand entrance!
The first dances!
I stole them away at sunset for a few photos on the rooftop!
At the end of the night, Jim decided to give the drummer a break. So fun!
That’s a wrap! Congrats, you two!
