Laura and Bobby have been a dream to work with since day 1. Laura is a teacher so, needless to say, the girl is organized…which makes my job easier. They are also super adorable and easy going. I got some of my very favorite engagement photos of 2015 on their shoot (click here to view the session). Now that they have seen their photos for the first time at the Champagne Reveal Party at Picturesque Studios, I’m so excited to share some of my favorites. Be prepared for a super long blog post because I just couldn’t cull it down any more. Congrats, Laura and Bobby, and thank you for letting us be a part of such a special day!

Bobby’s adorable nephew delivered his gift to Laura. It was so cute watching him help her open it. This is his reaction to seeing the gorgeous earrings. Haha! Elevator selfie! I am always amused when I see the guy’s getting ready photos for the first time as I am never the one photographing them. When we were shooting formals of just the guys, Heath mentioned that they were basketball players and everyone started laughing. I just kind of laughed along and went with it. It all makes sense now!Sweet mother/daughter moment. We took a few portraits with the wedding party before the ceremony. Laura and Bobby did not want to see each other before she walked down the aisle so we worked it out where they didn’t have to see each other. Laura, you are gorgeous! Laura carried her grandmother’s antique purse from Paris down the aisle as her something old. Love!!! The is officially my favorite “first touch” location at First Baptist! The ceremony! The best man didn’t want Bobby to feel left out when the maid of honor was fluffing Laura’s dress. Such a thoughtful guy. 😉 Since the reception venue was only a couple blocks away, we just walked from the church and grabbed some portraits with the amazing Tulsa downtown architecture on the way. We were quickly running out of sunlight so we had to hustle but I am loving how they turned out with just enough sunlight to light the couple, but also so little light that the street lamps were on. Such a cool ambiance!
This wedding party was so much fun to work with! The reception! Gotta love the view from the 41st floor! First dance! Father/daughter dance Mother/son dance There were so many fun dancing photos! Sparkler exit!
