We had a heck of a time scheduling Lizzie and Marc’s engagement session. Lizzie was flying in from out of town so we had only two different weekends to work with. The first happened to be the weekend of Tulsa Tough, and while that’s a wonderful event, it’s not ideal for a downtown engagement session. The next weekend she was in town was for the 4th of July. We scheduled for the 3rd and everything was looking great then about 2 hours before the session, it started pouring outside. The strange little pop-up shower packed some punch in the form of lightning as well. We decided to wait and see what it was going to do and in the end it cleared up just in time for the session! We were lucky enough to have an amazing sunset to work with as well! I loved getting to know this sweet couple better and I cannot wait for their wedding at Spain Ranch this Fall!
We started off with some photos at Hotel Indigo’s rooftop bar. It has amazing view of the city!
The couple is a fan of all of Tulsa’s murals, so we hit several!
Lastly, we headed out to the studio for a few sunset shots.
