Miranda and Jeremy’s wedding was perfect! The couple was stunning, the venue was amazing and the atmosphere was romantic. It was so clear to me that everyone around them was so happy for the couple. After finishing the majority of the photos before the wedding (click here to view the Getting Ready & Portraits blog post), we were free to move right into the ceremony and reception. Miranda, Jeremy and the wedding party hung out at the rooftop bar for a few minutes to give the guests time to move from the ceremony to the Crystal Ballroom. This worked out perfect for us as it gave Heath and I time to get detail shots of the ballroom before guests came in. The event coordinators at the Mayo were so helpful during the whole event! Thanks so much for letting us be a part of your day, Miranda and Jeremy! We enjoyed every minute of it! Here are a few of my favorite ceremony and reception shots!

Venue | The Mayo Hotel

Hair and makeup | Faccia Bella

Bouquet | The Bridal Garden by Lindi

Cake | Anne Keller Cakes

Heath is the king of architectural shots! Love this one that he took. I can imagine him laying on the floor to get it just perfect. Haha

Love the sweet moment with the father and daughter before the ceremony!

Another great shot by Heath! He immediately took the elevator down after this shot to follow the couple out of the ceremony.

All of the guests filing out just after the ceremony.

Ok, so I followed them to the rooftop and shot a few photos of them by the Mayo sign. For the photogs, we shot this with a speedlite and a shoot-through umbrella. I’m diggin’ the red rim light!

The reception! If you haven’t seen it, the Crystal Ballroom is beautiful.

Candy bar!

First dance!

I just can’t get over how cute they are together!

Uh, yeah…the shoes were amazing!

Father/daughter dance!

Jeremy’s cake was so cool. He’s a drummer, so of course he had to try it out before cutting into it. 🙂

The view of downtown from the ballroom!

And now…the party!
