This sweet girl will always have a special place in my heart as my first intern. I love her drive and vision. She emailed me one day asking if I was accepting interns and funny enough, this is something that Heath and I had talked about doing. It was meant to be. 🙂 She worked very hard for me during my crazy busy Fall engagement session season where sometimes she more resembled a pack mule than a photography assistant and I couldn’t be more thankful for her. She did exactly what me and my clients needed whenever we needed it. I learned as much from her on how to teach what I do as I hope she learned from me. She helped me set the tone for every intern that I have from here on out. Good luck in college, girl! You’re going to do awesome!

What started as “let’s take a few fun photos before you leave” somehow turned into a full blown session. Haha, it happens. 🙂 I tried out a few new locations around the outdoor studio and finally had the chance to try out the indoor studio on someone that isn’t me or my dog. I also wanted to push myself on perspective so I only took my widest and my longest lenses with me to shoot with outdoors. See if you can tell which were shot with the 35mm and which were shot with the 200mm…it’s a very different look.
