I am in love with Veronica and Justin’s Tiffany’s-style wedding. The couple was married last Saturday at the Gilcrease Museum and the entire day was perfect. The girls got ready at The Mayo (my favorite getting ready location in town…it has amazing light!). We then headed to Gilcrease for the sweetest first look that I’ve ever seen. I’ve enjoyed getting to know Vern and Judd (as their family and friends call them 🙂 ) at the engagement session and it was a joy working with them at the wedding. There were so many heart-felt moments! Here are a few of my favorite shots of getting ready and the portraits. Stay tuned Wednesday for the Ceremony and Reception blog post!

I just love Veronica’s smile.
Teary moment in the hotel room.
Heath joined the guys at Classic Cigars and Lounge in the Brady District to get some shots of them hanging out. So fun!
The dress!
I am in love with this shot. It was a fleeting moment as Veronica’s mom and sister were buttoning her dress. You can see the nerves and anticipation in her face. It pretty much sums up why I love getting ready photos.
Grandma came by to say ‘hi’!
At every wedding, we take the same types of shots. Every week we challenge each other to get the shots we need in a new way. Heath nailed this shoe shot!
The first look!
Love. Love. Love!
I love how Veronica and Justin took their time with the first look and spent a good 5 minutes just chatting with each other. It’s like the 2 photographers and 2 videographers weren’t even there. So sweet!
We took just a few photos before the ceremony of just the couple.
The rest of the shots were taken after the ceremony in the most amazing light ever. Seriously, it wasn’t even fair. 🙂
Veronica, you are gorgeous!
